UCR nears its record for in-state freshmen

In the past 25 years, campus enrollment has more than doubled. Fall 2022 enrollment was 26,809. 的 number of California freshmen enrolled for fall 2023 was the second highest in UCR history, only 10 学生 fewer than the campus record. For fall 2023, UCR enrolled 5,209 California freshmen; in fall 2016, the record of 5,219 was set.

Psychology research 'giant' 罗伯特·罗森塔尔 has died

罗伯特·罗森塔尔, a father of meta-analysis who was named one of the 20th century's top 100 psychologists, 死于1月. 5 at 90. 25年前, following his retirement from Harvard University, Rosenthal joined the 十大网赌网址平台首页 faculty. He was named a University Professor in 2008 by the University of California system, a distinction shared by only 40 professors in UC’s history. Designation acknowledges UCR's community engagement
